A Sufi's Ghost becomes popular in Europe.
A Sufi's Ghost Reviewed by French Reader, Muriel:
Mark Biskeborn does not only provide us with an entertaining story with
his new novel, "A Sufi's Ghost." His well-documented work gives us a
thought-provoking insight into the Coran as a book whose different
shapes/versions have somehow managed to reach us. An old manuscript
which has remained hidden for centuries is a key element in the
story--full of mysteries and surprises. In their winding quest for
freedom, both of the main characters, Larry Larson and Carmen, lead us
to consider the role of the written word as a tool for political power,
as well as the division which it has caused within the Muslim
community. But the passages which I personally like best are when his
characters evoke the Devine Feminine in a powerful and convincing way.
